Refusal of ServiceI.
The artist has the full right to refuse service under any circumstances by notifying the client of the refusal/refusal of serviceII.
If the artist believes that a commissioned artwork contains subject matter that he does not feel conformable with, the commission may be cancelled.Ⅲ.
The artist reserve the right to refuse a request, art-trade or commission, if it does not match the aesthetic or content of the artist.------------------------------------------------Commission info.I.
The artist accept commissions of all ratings (clean, mature, adult), subject to availability.
Please contact the artist regarding fetish situations.II.
Artists may or may not create fan art of copyrighted characters.Ⅲ.
Customers need to be aware of style variations since there may be slight differences for consistency in style.Ⅳ.
Customer may ask for changes in any stage of the sketch and lineart stage.V.
Progress will be posted on Trello, the customer can freely send direct message to the artist asking for progress in any commission.VI.

The artist have full rights to reproduce the artwork at their sole discretion (e.g, sell prints, portfolios, workbooks, etc.); Unless it is explicitly asked by the commissioner not to.II.
All credits for character design, characters, or features are given to the commissioner.Ⅲ.
Modifications to the final commission like removal of signature and recoloring are prohibited without permission from the artist.
If the customer decides to republish the commissioned work elsewhere, the artist must be named accordingly.
Clients are permitted to use the commissioned work for non-commercial/non-commercial purposes (icons, banners, role-playing images, etc.).IV.
All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by the Artist.V.
Artist reserves the right to publish completed artwork on Patreon or any other social media to be made in the future; unless it is explicitly stated by the commissioner not to.
All honor and credit goes to the character and owner.------------------------------------------------Prices and PaymentsI.
Prices are subject to change.
Unless otherwise stated, the price shown is the base price stated on the commission info sheet.II.
Currency conversion fees are to be covered by the commissioner, unless PayPal is used as the payment method.Ⅲ.
Complex design, markings, multiple text and/or content may be subject to additional charges on a case-by-case basis.IV.
Payment is made via PayPal.
Prices are in USD (United States dollar).
The payment is made via a Paypal.me link provided once you ask me for a commission, or via payment request made by the artist,V.
Payment must be completed before work on the piece begins.
If a payment plan needs to be discussed, it is the responsibility of the artist and client to reach an agreement.IV.
Upon completion, the customer will receive high-resolution digital images for publication and other additional variations as desired (such as .PSD files, etc.)V.
As for the year 2024, the artist can also receive direct bank transfers, if living on the Mexican republic.------------------------------------------------Cancellations and Refunds I.I.
Artist reserves the right to cancel any order if he determines that it is unable to fulfill the order to the best of its ability.II.
In the case of a cancelation, and, depending on the level of completion and agreement with the customer, the artist can compensate with another commission of equal or greater value.Ⅲ.
In the case of a cancelation, the artist may refund all or part of the cost of the work, once an agreement is made with the customer.Ⅳ.
The customer has the right to cancel the order if it has not yet been started or is at the preliminary sketch or thumbnail stage.V.
If work is temporarily canceled (e.g.
painting stage) no refunds will be given.Ⅳ.
Artist reserves the right to cancel an order if the order cannot be completed, if the customer behaves rudely or inappropriately, or if the artist is unable to maintain contact with the artist during the order period.
If the artist contacts a customer, they must respond within thirty business day,
If there is no response, the artist will continue working.
